Payment
All photoshoot sessions MUST be paid shoots. All shoots must be paid with what the photographer and client have agreed on. NO TFP (TIME FOR PRINT) OR COLLABORATIONS. All clients will receive an invoice though text or email.

Model Release
A model release allows me to use images of you for advertising and portfolio purposes. However, if for personal reasons you prefer your photos not be used in this manner, you have the choice of not signing the model release and I will honor your request for privacy.
Copyright
As per Federal Copyright Law, the photographer retains copyright ownership to all images. By commissioning my services, you receive rights for personal use and display of your images with certain limitations.
Artistic License
You will be presented with images from your session that fit my professional and artistic standards. These will be made available in their edited and finished format, and original or rejected images will not be available.
Editing and Retouching
Standard editing are included, such as exposure and color correction, minor blemish removal, teeth whitening, and sharpening for print. Photographer is not responsible for extensive client edits such as make up, body sculpting, hair, and skin.
Non-Refundable
The booking fee is non-refundable, though the session may be rescheduled one time in case of inclement weather, illness or last-minute inconvenience.
Travel Fees & Usage Fees
A travel fee is required for locations beyond 15 miles outside of the Alexandria Area. Other travel fees may be incurred if traveling out of the state.
Punctuality
It is imperative that all participants arrive at the session at the scheduled time. In the event of tardiness, the session will be limited to the original end time and may result in fewer images captured or delivered.
Rescheduling
Rescheduling may be necessary in the case of illness or inclement weather. A rescheduled date should take place within 2 weeks of the original session date, and be agreed upon in writing.
Permits & Permission
If the desired location requires a usage fee, permit, or special permission, this will be the responsibility of the client.
Personal Appearance
The photographer is not responsible for dissatisfaction of images due to personal appearances, such as hair or clothing choices.
Product Orders
Your order total must be paid in full before any products can be provided. Product prices are valid for 30 days from the date of your session.
Digital Image Files & Print Releases
Digital image files are available for purchase in high-resolution with a print release. Images will be provided in JPG file format, while RAW or original files will not be available. Only image files that have been purchased with a print release may be printed. Social media digital image files are for online sharing purposes only, and may not be printed, have the watermark removed, or be edited in any way. Prints and products are only guaranteed for quality if ordered through the photographer.
